Ms. Alina McLaughlin is a dedicated and experienced professional with a strong background in early childhood education, administration, and project management. With a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education: Family Studies from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education from Humber College, she combines her passion for education with exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
Currently serving as a Regional Manager at Songbirds Montessori School, Alina oversees multiple campuses, ensuring seamless workflows, effective policy implementation, and high-quality service delivery. She is skilled in staff onboarding, client engagement, and event coordination, always striving to create enriching environments for both students and educators.
Alina is committed to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments. Her expertise in early childhood education, customer service, and leadership allows her to bridge the gap between education and administration, making a meaningful impact in every role she takes on.
