I am Haritha Sujathan, and I have a deep passion for working with children and creating a nurturing, loving environment where they can grow and thrive. I have been a part of Songbirds Montessori School since 2021. As a school supervisor, I bring warmth, empathy, and patience to every interaction, ensuring each child feels safe, valued, and supported. I have extensive experience in early childhood education and child development, which allows me to provide engaging and enriching experiences for little ones.
Leading a team comes naturally to me, and I take pride in fostering a positive, collaborative atmosphere among staff and parents.
My goal is to encourage curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child, helping them build strong social and emotional foundations. I believe in open communication and working closely with families to provide the best care possible. Every day presents new challenges, but I embrace them with enthusiasm and adaptability. Seeing children learn, laugh, and grow is the most rewarding part of my job. I am committed to making a lasting impact on their early years, shaping a future full of kindness, joy, and learning.",
